I'm posting this here mainly to bookmark it for myself but if you haven't heard yet, Seed Media, the owner of Scienceblogs, has sold a blog to Pepsi. While Pepsi and Seed both promise the blog will be up to Scienceblogs' standards, one can't help but feel that Seed has thoroughly corrupted the integrity of Scienceblogs.

Apparently quite a few of the most thoughtful and intelligent Scienceblogs bloggers feel this way too and have left Seed's embrace already. Note that this was not an easy decision for any of these bloggers to make since they are giving up a PAID position and large audiences at Scienceblogs for the unknown of returning to their old blogs or striking out on new blogs.

Thankfully Carl Zimmer has posted a list where you can find the new homes of your favorite Sciencebloggers. Check it regularly for updates.
